She was predeceased by: her husband James Robert Chafin; and her son-in-law David Dykes. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Dykes of Tyler and Jim Chafin of Montgomery, Alabama.; and her grandchildren, Jenni Holman, Laura Grace Dykes and Robby Chafin.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that a donation be made to Hospice of East Texas.
