He is survived by: his wife Ruthie; his children, David (Kerrie), Mikki (Barry) and John (Jeoffrey); and his grandchildren, Kevin, Melanie, Brandi, Cadi, Andrew, Steven, Brooke and Emma. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
