He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Paul and Ora Ruth Howard (Swan). He is survived by: his children, Byron Howard (Kim) and Angela Daniels of Tyler; his siblings, Paulette (Ronny Cole) and Kimble Howard of Lindale; and his granddaughter Oliva (Mitch Bodiford). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
