It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Simpson III of Tyler, Texas, born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Simpson Jr.; and his brother Wayne Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Simpson; his mother Doretha Simpson of Tyler; his children, Joseph William Simpson, De'Andre Simpson, Anthony Simpson and Amber Simpson of Ohio; and his brother Anthony Simpson Sr. (Roxanne) of Tyler, Texas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a host of treasured nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
