She was predeceased by: her parents, Alberta Fryar Phillips and Sam Tom Moberley; and her sister Becky Sam Moberley Dixon (W. C. Dixon). She is survived by: her daughter Debbi; her son-in-law Charles Hill of Tyler; her son Steve; her daughter-in-law Tina DeWees of McKinney; her son Brad DeWees of Tyler; her grandchildren, Regan (Paul Mort), Tucker Cappella, Jaime DeWees and Samantha DeWees; and her great grandchildren, Reed Mort, Charlie Kate Mort and Adam McGill.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of East Texas or to First Presbyterian Church in Tyler, Texas in honor of Judy.
