He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Ferrier and Leiland Ferrier. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Tillery Ferrier; and his aunts and uncles, Ann, Joe McGuire of Tyler, Karen and Ken McGuire of Austin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stewart Family Funeral Home (7525 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler, TX 75703). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the Rose Hill Cemetery (2400 S Donnybrook Ave, Tyler, TX 75702).
If desired, memorials may be made to the Foundation at Marvin Methodist Church or Baylor University School of Law.
