She is survived by : her husband Tim Maddox; her children, Kathryn Maddox Moore, Patrick (Lauren Fuller), Tommy (Sandy Fuller) and Kevin (Carrie Maddox); her grandchildren, Madelyn Moore, Andrew Fuller, Ella Fuller, Samantha, Levi Hughes, Kyndel Fuller and Chase Maddox; and her great grandchildren, Preslee Hughes and Rush Hughes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
