He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Garner Jr. and Clara Garner (Wynne); and his grandparents, Holley H., Bertha Wynne (Kuykendall), Hubert E. Garner Sr. and Bessie Garner (Allen).
He is survived by: his wife Diane Garner of Tyler; his son Marshall Neidigh (Emily); his grandchildren, Magnolia, Luke and Violet of Blanchard, Oklahoma; and his sister Patricia Crisp (David) of Billings, Montana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
