He was predeceased by: his parents, Imogene Pierce and Clyde Lee Billups; and his brothers, Donald Billups and Charles Billups. He is survived by: his wife Theressa Billups; his children, Robin Graham, Cathy Beaudreaux (Doug), Lloyd Billups Jr. (Sayaka), Tim Ingram, Kim Miller and Christi Billups; and his brother Michael Billups (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Acres Baptist Church (1607 Troup Hwy, Tyler, TX 75701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
