He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Cagle and Mittie Gober Cagle; his wife Mildred Jean Brackin; his children, Elaine Osteen (Dale) and Ernie Cagle (Becky); and his great grandchildren, Amy Osteen (Houston), Jeff Osteen (Toshie), Stephen Cagle (Carol), Christopher Cagle (Sara), Dylan Cagle, Ryan Cagle, Micah Howell, Maddox Howell, Hailey Cagle and Ashley Cagle.
