He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue Hauk Chapman and Robert Peyton Chapman; his brother Kelly Carlisle Chapman; and his cousin Jay Hauk Miller. He is survived by: his wife Lori Wakefield Chapman; his son Spencer Thomas Chapman; and his siblings, Stacey Harrison (Frank), Leslie Pierce (Rodney), Peyton Pollacia (Tony) and Page Chapman (Bridget). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
