She is survived by: her children, Kennith Starnes (Jan) of Bossier City, Floyd Starnes (Penny) of Tyler, Texas and Julia Starnes of Tyler, Texas; her grandchildren, Lori Starnes Mainiero (Dominic) of Shreveport and Lee Starnes (Huong Le) of Atascocita, Texas; her great grandchildren, Aaron of Shreveport, Victoria Mainiero of Shreveport and Willow Le-Fiona Starnes of Atascocita, Texas; and her nieces, Kathy Hayden (Jon) of Tyler and Suzy Duncan (Joel) of Urbandale, Iowa. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
