He is survived by: his son Martin Mayer (Candace) of New Orleans, LA; his sister Barbara Chong (Cedric) of Kaneohe, HI; his sister-in-law Kathy Mayer of Georgetown, TX.; his granddaughters, Victoria Smith (Logan) of Lafayette, LA and Margaret Mayer (Lauren Emmerson) of Houston, TX; and his great grandchildren, Jude and Catherine Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
