She is survived by: her husband Eric Fox; her sons, Wesley Blalock (Erin) and Hunter Blalock; her stepdaughter Hannah Mathis (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Blaine Blalock, Avery Blalock, Ryan Blalock, Camdyn Blalock, Elliott Blalock and Zoey Mathis; her siblings, Mike Colby (Melinda) and Barbara Fails; her nephews, Chris Fails, Lacey, Brady Colby and Presley; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew Fails, Brandon Fails, Ainsley Fails and Hollis Colby.
