She was predeceased by: her parents, Olen Lee Lisby and Clara Cook Lisby; her husband John Thurman Cagle; and her siblings, Jere Smith, Olen Lee Lisby, Jr. and Dexter Lisby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Cagle Gaddis (Jeff Gaddis) and Cheryl Cagle Sawyer (Keith Sawyer); her grandsons, Cameron Gaddis (Whitney Gaddis) and Jonathan Gaddis; her great grandchildren, Cecilee Jane Gaddis and Annslee Clare Gaddis; and her close friend Janice (Mary).
