He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Wade Gandy. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Sullivan; his wife Michelle Gandy; and his daughters, Kenna, Kara and Kylie. He is also survived by his family, friends.
He also supported the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
