She was predeceased by: her parents, Azalee Fifer and Herbert Fifer; her husband Lee Edgar Starr Jr.; and her son-in-law Gene Bradley Wynn. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Starr Wynn (Ronnie Taylor) and Michael Lee Starr (Debra Starr); her grandchildren, Miranda Looney (Brian), Michael Bryan Starr and Shawn Sparks (Janis); and her great grandchild Brianna Looney.
