She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Earl and Geneva Nell Jackson Cookston; and her husband Everett M. Evans. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelley (Randy Ziehe), Kelley (Lonny Uzzell) and Holley (Eddie Howard); her grandchildren, Ryan (Amanda Ziehe), John (Amber Howard), Kaitlin Ziehe, Mark (Sara Uzzell), Jerrad (Jaymie Howard) and Matt (Claire Uzzell); her brother Dr. Ron (Mary Cookston); and her nieces and nephews, Jeff and Emery Cookston. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
