He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Coppinger and Julia Miles; his wife Mildred Joyce Coppinger; and his grandson Steven Cox. He is survived by: his children, Earl Ray Coppinger (Stephanie), Sharon Cox-Phemister (David) and Karen Usry. He is also survived by three granddaughters; six great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
