He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Baker; his daughter Michele Lively (James); his grandchildren, Jared, Kim, Bridget, Daniel, Stephanie and Nichole; his daughter Shana Kaiser (Russell); his grandson Ian Knox; his brothers, Tim Baker (Amy) and Steve (Martha); his friend BJ Hornbostel; his granddaughter Amy Meyer; Laura Vonn. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
He also donated his time and energy to his community.
