He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Roberts and Lorna Joann Roberts; and his niece Shenecqua Griffin. He is survived by: his former spouse LaNell Hammonds of Tyler, Texas; his siblings, Jeanetta Griffin (Stanley) of Colorado, Darrell Smith of Winnsboro and Carla Hernandez (Eddie) of Tyler; and his nieces, Cierra Griffin of Colorado and Little Stanley Griffin of Colorado.
