He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Page; his children, Cassie Page (Matt), Travis Becker (Destiny), Christopher Nichols (Ashley) and Ethan Nichols; his grandchildren, Kaci Becker and Jaxon Burress; his siblings, Donna Page and William "Chip" Page (Teri); and his sister-in-law Susan Page. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
