He is survived by: his wife Maxine Davis; his children, Jeff Davis (Jessica) of Tyler, Texas, Tangela Shoals (Joshua) of Seagoville and Lotasha Liner of Mesquite; and his sisters, Frankie Stanley (Terry) of Tyler, Patricia Newman (Gary) of Tyler, Dr. Carolyn Harvey of Tyler and Sherry Seaton (Gregg) of Tyler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
