He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Rob (Kerry Long) of Longview, Lesley (Phil Rodasti) of Cypress, Brad (Jen Long) of Dallas, Sinclaire Estes of Leander and Macklin (Tim Cahill) of Austin; and his grandchildren, Megan Long, Austin Long and Kaegan Cahill.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to First Methodist Church of Chandler.
