He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin P. Fletcher and Lola Fletcher (Bobby); and his brothers, Steven Garza, Jimmy Fletcher and Bobby.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Jason Paul Fletcher, Joshua Lee Fletcher and Starla Rose Fletcher; his brother Henery Fletcher (Barbara); and his sisters-in-law, Enedina Sanez and Norma Davilia. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Bobby's memory to Shriners Children's Hospital, St. Vincent de Paul, or St. Edward's Catholic Church.
