He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rutz of Tyler; his children, Glenn Rutz (Lori Rutz) of Tyler, Lisa Kruger (Rocky Kruger) of Emory, Lyndon Rutz (Kelly) and Kim Rutz Charnetzsky (Lesha Charnetzsky) of Tuscon, AZ; his sister Verna Lynn Goldsmith of Springdale, Arkansas; his granddaughter Hailey Bearden; and his great grandchildren, Braydon Bearden, Asher Bearden, Annie Bearden and AnnoraRutz.
