He is survived by: his children, Edwin Wayne Cagle and Pam England North; his sister Martha Elliot Walker; and his grandchildren, Roy Neil Ivy, Bart England (Jenny), Bridget England, Clint Cagle (Susan) and Luke Cagle (Betty). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
