He is survived by: his parents, Dollie Perry and Leroy A. Buchmeyer; his wife Anita Kennington; his children, Melissa McIntire (David) of Tyler, Laura Taylor (Rob) of Arlington and Samuel C. (Kim) of Arlington; his sister Winnie Beck; and his caregivers, Brandi Feil and Vanessa. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
