She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gibson and Bessie Davis; her former husband Earl Whitaker; and her brother Jack Perritt. She is survived by: her husband Gary Eikner; her daughters, LaDonna Gill (Paul) and Ramonda Alexander (Keith); and her granddaughters, Jami Ayres Lindsay (Joseph) and Katie Cox (Justin). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-granddaughters, 1 great-great-grandson on the way, and several nieces and nephews.
