He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Moore and Donna JoAnne Moore; and his sister Sherry Ensinger. He is survived by: his wife Janet Moore; his daughter Hannah Moore; and his aunt Judy Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
