He is survived by: his wife Tina Starkey; his daughter Kaitlyn Winter (Steven); his grandchildren, Abby, Kenzie, Christopher and David; his son Randall Starkey; his stepson Dallas Weston (Jessica); his stepgrandchildren, Declan, Kian, Callan and Rowan; his stepdaughter Chelsea Cohen (Josh); his stepgrandchild Ellison; his stepdaughter Ciera Bockowski (Todd); his stepgrandchildren, Madison and Mason; and his sister Carol Starkey.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, you consider finishing one of Scott's projects though realistically, nobody knows where he left off.
