He was predeceased by: his father Michael W. Womack; and his half-brother Michael S. Womack. He is survived by: his mother Sharon; his brother Matthew (Laura); his children, Paisley, Winston, Waylon and Ivy; and the mother of his children Rachel. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, and if desired, the family asks that donations be made in Seth's honor to the Heart of Louisiana Humane Society, P.O. Box 1057, Winnfield, Louisiana — a tribute to his beloved Frenchie, Hugo.
