She is survived by: her children, Kelli Barefield (Andy) and Rick Nettle; her grandchildren, Lindsey Perkin (Heath), Jason Barefield (Marybeth) and Jacob Barefield; her great grandchildren, Jack Perkin, Luke Perkin, Charlotte Barefield and Annie Barefield; her nieces, Vickie Rollin and Debbie Lewis (Dan); her sister-in-law Bonnie Aldridge; and her husband Phillip Dwane Nettle.
