We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2025, at the age of 97, Sue Taylor Putz (Tyler, Texas), born in Soper, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Sue had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Sue may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Putz. She is survived by: her sister Shirley Holder of Huntsville; Charles, Brenda Green, Shelba Loudamy, Sharon House, Shanon Green, Christopher and Jonathan House. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lloyd James Funeral Home Chapel (1101 E 1st St, Tyler, TX 75701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations to either the East Texas Crisis Center, P.O. Box 7060, Tyler, TX 75711 or Texas Children's Hospital, 6621 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77030.
