It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Edward Johnston of Tyler, Texas, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Johnston Sr. and Maudie Mae Johnston; his son Evan Johnston; and his siblings, George W. Johnston Jr., James Johnston, Doris Johnston, Peggy Ferrell, Barbara Bell, Dorothy N. Welch and Nancy Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Johnston; his son Jeremy Johnston; his daughter-in-law Samantha Johnston; his siblings, Harold Johnston and Brenda Baker; and his sister-in-law Shera Guillory. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and many, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
