He was predeceased by: his father Ben Schneider. He is survived by: his son Shad Wells of Lufkin; his granddaughter Arian Wells of Nacogdoches; his brothers, Jim Schneider (Renee) of Lake Jackson and Ed Schneider (Joann) of Winchester; his nephew Kevin Schneider of Lumberton; and his niece Robin Wiggins of Friendswood.
