She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Tanner and Lucille Tanner (Hodge); her son Sam Ray Polley; her siblings, Sammy Tanner and Wanda Pyle; and her brother-in-law Bobby Pyle.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Polley; her son Taylor Polley; and her sisters-in-law, Delores Tanner of Seven Points, Texas and Charmaine Morris of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
