She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Smith and Violet Smith (Wood); her husband Claude; and her daughter Ginger. She is survived by: her son Steve L.; her nieces, Sally (Earl) and Peggy; and her adoptive son Donnie Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Tyler Memorial Funeral Home (12053 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75704). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
