He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Partney; his stepfather Jim Lindsey; and his grandparents, William "Chub" Milner and Juanita Kidd Milner. He is survived by: his mother Linda Lindsey of Tyler; his wife Nita Benson Parker; his son William M. Parker, Jr. of Wake Village; his stepmother Jan Partney of Little Elm; and his half-siblings, Franklin "Bo" Partney (Christy) of Dwight, Illinois and Wendy Partney McCoy (Rick) of Little Elm. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
