He is survived by: his wife Janet Moore; his children, Mark Phillips (Brooke) of McKinney and Lori Battaglia of Plano, Texas.; his grandchildren, Austin Phillips, Avery Quirk (Michael), Aaron Phillips and Cara Battaglia; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Fouts (Bob) of Garland, Texas..
In lieu of flowers, it was Bob's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to Lamar County Young Life, Creekwood United Methodist Church and Cal Farley Boys Ranch.
