He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Darrell Williams and Frances Jean Barron; and his brother Dickie Williams. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Williams; his children, Anna Longoria, Chet Williams (Jennifer Williams) and Amanda Price; his grandchildren, Gavin Rivera, Mia Rivera, Madelynn Williams, Brayden Williams, Landen Williams, Jude Longoria and Jonah Longoria; and his great grandchildren, Arabella Jacques and Izan Silver Jacques.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM at the First Baptist Church of Universal City (1401 Pat Booker Rd, Universal City, TX 78148). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Robert's memory.
