With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Candy Roman Johnson of Uvalde, Texas, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Beatrice Cortez and George Román; and her brother Father Manuel Roman. She is survived by : her husband Mark Johnson; her grandsons, Roman Johnson and Eli Johnson; her siblings, Jane Luther (Jeff) of Roswell, GA. and George Román (Norma) of Round Rock, TX.; and her great-nephews, Noah Gatlin and Jude Gatlin.

Throughout her life she donated to various shelters, shared her time with those in need, never hesitated to provide financial assistance to those on the side of the road and blessed them with God's love before she parted.
