He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Scheide and Dorothy "Tooter" Lamb Scheide; his son Edwin Randall Scheide Jr.; his brother Billy Scheide; his in-law Alberta Wiebush, Jr.; his nephew Hunter Wiebush; and his in-law LeMoey Wiebush (Peggy).

He is survived by: his wife Debra Wiebush Scheide; his daughter Jordyn; his son-in-law Mike Jackowski; his grandchildren, Finn Randall Jackowski, Carli Jackowski Thomas (Cass) and Chloe Jackowski; his great grandchildren, Asher and Maddox Thomas; his brother Dr Gary Scheide; and his in-laws, Chris Wiebush Elrod (Ben), Clay Wiebush (Aracelie) and Eric Wiebush.
