He is survived by: his children, Rachel Silva (Jose), Ernesto Gutierrez Jr., Daniel Gutierrez (Ken), Jose Luis Gutierrez (Rebecca), Rafael Gutierrez (Monica), Tina Gutierrez (Genovevo), Robert Gutierrez, Patricia Castillo and Julian Gutierrez; and his siblings, Yolanda Ortiz, Pura Rios, Mario Gutierrez and Armando Gutierrez. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
