He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Blanco, (Fuentez) and Felix Blanco, Sr.; and his siblings, Jesusita Longoria, Maria Concepcion Castillon, Juana Del Toro, Guadalupe Blanco and Danny Blanco.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Blanco of La Feria, Maria Christina Blanco of San Marcos, Sandy Blanco of Kyle, Yolanda Blanco of Crystal City and Moses Morones of Crystal City; and his siblings, Maria Alvarez of Uvalde, Josephina Lopez of Temple, Santos Hernandez of Temple and Albert Blanco of San Angelo. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
