He was predeceased by: his father Frank Pena Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Hortencia Rodriguez; his son Frank Pena III; his close friend Franky Bernhardt; his granddaughter Penelope Camila Pena; and his brothers, George Pena, John Jake Pena and Joaquin Pena.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home (424 Geraldine St, Uvalde, TX 78801). A rosary was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (408 Fort Clark Rd, Uvalde, TX 78801).
