He is survived by: his wife Karen Sullivan; his children, Robert Sullivan (Leslie), John Sullivan (Jill) and Jill Sullivan Greer; his grandchildren, Daniel Sullivan (Mollie), Kelly Hester (Nicholas), Alana Sullivan, Anne Greer, Caroline Greer and John Connor Greer; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Jackson, Oliver Sullivan, Benjamin, Olivia and Sienna Hester.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jack's memory to a charity of one's choice.
