She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Julia Paschal Moore; her husband Mike Garner of Uvalde; her sons, Steven Garner (Brooke) of Uvalde and Chase Garner (Rachel) of Austin; her brother Mike Moore (Jane) of Uvalde; her siblings-in-law, Joy Watkins (Harry Watkins) of Uvalde and Steven Garner (Pam) of Austin; her grandchildren, Jodie Garner, Morgan Nowak (Seth), Dylan Garner, Charley Garner and Lucie Garner; her sibling's children, Chelsea Hutto, Todd, Davis Moore and Bennie Smallwood; and also, Gordon and Mabel Garner.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Philip's Episcopal Church (343 N Getty St, Uvalde, TX 78801).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to El Progresso Memorial Library or the charity of one's choice.
