He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Douglas Rogers and Sadie Irene Rogers (Chisholm); his brother Jerry Rogers; and the mother of his children Lucy Rogers. He is survived by: his children, Mendy Wandling (Ed) of Tyler, Texas and Blair Rogers (Kim) of Horseshoe Bay, Texas; his grandchildren, Angie Smith (Rob), Kirstin Zoch (Michael), Kathryn Haecker (Justin), Lexee Alberts (Michael) and Landon Rogers; and his sister Judy Carmichael. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
