He is survived by: his significant other Belinda Lopez of Uvalde, Texas.; his children, Leticia Palacios of Dallas, Texas, Patricia Lopez of Uvalde, Texas, Jasmina Palacios of Uvalde, Texas, Vanessa Palacios of Uvalde, Texas, Leonardo Palacios Jr. of Uvalde, Texas, Bryanna Palacios of Uvalde, Texas and Natasha Palacios of Uvalde, Texas.; his grandchildren, Alexis Luna, Alexander Luna, Angel Luna, Brysaies Ayala, Landen Ayala, Jaslynn Monsivaiz, Isaiah Monsivaiz, Dylon Monsivaiz, Leonardo Martin and Melodie Violet Palacios; his great grandchildren, Aleena Luna, Ariana Luna, Aurora Luna and Giovanni Kia Cook; and his siblings, Santos Hernandez of Uvalde, Texas, Leonor Puerta of Uvalde, Texas, Esther Macias of Uvalde, Texas, Amada Palacios of Uvalde, Texas and Jesse Palacios of San Antonio, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home (424 Geraldine St, Uvalde, TX 78801). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
